Yes. All of our classes are beginner-friendly and structured to help new members learn at their own pace. Coaches provide clear instruction and guidance, and the training environment is supportive, welcoming, and well-organised.
We provide official SCK uniforms, which we encourage all members to purchase once they commit to training. For the first few sessions, members may train in comfortable sportswear. Trousers must not have zips, pockets, or anything that could cause injury. A fitted top or rash guard is recommended.
No. Our classes are gender-segregated. Male and female sessions are run separately to ensure comfort, focus, and a respectful training environment for everyone.
Yes. We offer a free trial session so you can experience our coaching, class structure, and training environment before committing.
Not at all. Competing is completely optional. Many members train for fitness, confidence, discipline, and personal development. Competition support is available for those who choose that path.
Classes usually include a structured warm-up, technical instruction, drilling, and controlled partner work. Sessions are coached throughout and designed to be safe, progressive, and suitable for all levels.
That’s fine, as long as it’s done without disrupting the class. If possible, please inform the coach before the session.
All memberships are on a rolling 3-month contract.
If you decide to cancel, we require one full calendar month’s notice before your next payment date. This notice period applies even if you are not actively training.
