How Our Classes Are Structured

Kids BJJ No-Gi Classes
Alongside our adult programme, we offer Kids BJJ No-Gi classes that teach children balance, control, and safe movement on the ground in a calm and supportive setting. Training develops coordination, problem-solving, and confidence through structured drills and controlled partner work.
Classes are kept age-appropriate and focused on learning, respect, and building strong foundations.
